Shipping Policy

All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.  Orders placed Monday through Thursday by 5:00pm PST will be processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday. 

You will receive notification via e-mail if an item is out of stock.  Please be sure to add customercare@sunnydaysretail.com to your contacts to ensure proper delivery.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.  An e-mail confirmation will be sent for each item as it is processed.

Sunny Days is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  any packages once delivery is confirmed via tracking information. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item.  Please confirm your address before submitting your order.  By ordering with us, you agree to these terms.

  • Order processing takes 1 business day
  • Once shipped, packages are guaranteed to arrive with 1-2 business days

International Shipping

Priority Mail International

  • Order processing takes 1-3 business days
  • Once shipped, packages are to arrive with 6-10 business days

We are not in control of any country specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government.  If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.  If you used a promotion code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price.  We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased.  Sunny Days accepts no rick of merchandise loss due to international shipment.
